Smith & Prince are leaders in the manufacture of industrial (groups 1 & 2) explosion protected (Ex) lighting equipment certified by The Health and Safety Executive and BASEEFA for use in Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2 potentially explosive atmospheres, and other hostile or hazardous environments.
Smith & Prince safety lighting is of use wherever flammable gases are present, creating a risk of explosion. This includes environments such as aviation, oil, gas, petrochemical, marine, shipping, garage inspection pits and ramps, spray booths, fuel tank, drum and keg cleaning and inspection, aircraft hangers, pharmaceuticles, breweries, water treatment and many more.
